  Exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful staff, hotel has whatever one needs, very proper and orderly, good cooking (large portions, but reduced portions shall be accepted), quiet place. We have been extremely satisfied and have already booked our next stay

  Perfect Hotel for Hikers, Bikers, Mountainbikers, Families- just an amazing place to stay!
  
  We have stayed at Hotel Alpenhof Oberwald for one day.
  
  First impression: How calm and peaceful the hotel is located at the end of a side street. No engine noises, you can sleep with open windows the whole night. Amazing balcony by the way!!
  
  Awesome rooms, perfectly clean. We were a group of 4 mountainbikers (age 35 to 59) and enjoyed already the arrival as we were allowed to put the bikes into the big garage with numbers for each parking space.
  
  Dinner quality and prices are fantastic- you get good quality and -last but not least- a good amount of food that helps your hunger after a great day in the alps.
  
  Friendliest Hotel-owner we have ever met and who is also ready to help anytime.
  SERVICE AT ITS BEST!- thanks, Alpenhof-crew!
  Definitely recommended! We wil come back!

  Popped into this place on the off chance we could eat very quickly as we had a train to catch. The staff were excellent as was the food and beer!! Even offered a lift to the station, so that we didn't miss the train! Highly recommended!!!

  A beautiful little hotel. With the best manager I've ever met even invited us for some drinks! The hotel is not your normal hotel in a good way. Everyone is treated as family. Absolutely loved my time there Our double room was very nice had had everything we needed Location is amazing especially if you're a driving enthusiast. breakfast was included and great. Great night.

  Staff are super nice & welcoming, patient to explain what we need. Half board meals are good and of good value by Swiss standard.
