It's not often that I'd give 5 stars to a hotel (No!.. It's the first time)
In reality, this place has an official 3 star rating .. I really not know why!.. It's simply a nice clean friendly hotel .. Ok! it doesn't have any fancy stuff like swimming pools & jacuzzis.. But on everything else, it ticks so many boxes.. At the top of the list is the staff .. from the room cleaning, through to the reception, their friendly nature & balanced attentiveness holds no bounds ..
A special mention must go to the Breakfast staff, they are the best! It's nice to be greeted each morning with a genuine smile, followed by the essential question Would you like tea or coffee and how would you like your egg's done?? Then to sit down to a nice classic Continental Breakfast .. It's just the best! In the course of my work travels .. I stay in a lots of hotels, big & small .. One thing i do dislike.. particularly with the larger chain's, are staff who are encouraged to dance around my table.. then disappearing just when I need more milk or ketchup!! It's not the case here .. The young man & woman who served my breakfast over the course of my stay, achieved, near breakfast perfection!!
The Admiral is a cosy place, situated a few minutes walk from the high street. The rooms are clean & well serviced, most balconies have a view of Matterhorn, mine did! as you can see from my photo of the view from room 204.. Well I could go on .. but instead I'll just say.. A Big thanks to the Admiral Team for helping make my stay an absolute pleasure!!response / report this review -

A very good hotel. Clean, with very good location. Reasonably priced considering the neighborhood. The breakfast was also very good.They even gave me a complimentary Swiss chocolate bar on my way out!

waren 2nächte dort servis 1a bekamen biergläser aufs zimmmer gebracht herzlicher empfang und ebensolche verabschiedung mit einer tafel schokolade haben uns sehr drüber gefreud gutes frühstück sehr nettes personal wurden aufs zimmer geführt was in st.moritz im anderen hotel alles sehr steif ablief
