  They added extra support to make sure it’s stable.
  Communication possible in English and German.
  Highly recommended!
  The item was a fitness wooden bar which was mounted to the wall.

  You NEVER spoke with me on the phone, you asked me to send you a pictures of the work to be done and told me that you will get back to me shortly with the quote and YOUR availability. I was waiting patiently and wrote you a second message asking if I should keep waiting or look for someone else. Instead of creating a stories about our phone conversations, May I suggest you use the following message ( just copy and paste ) for all your future “valuable” customers:
  Dear customer, Thank you for contacting us but for the time being we can’t assist you. Hoping to be at your service in future.

  HandyHelp Service hat mir beim einrichten und gestalten meines neuen Geschäftes geholfen. Der Service war super und auch sehr kompetent. Auch die Entsorgung konnte ich alles über dieses Unternehmen abwickeln. Gerne empfehle ich dieses Unternehmen mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Tolle Arbeit, freundlich und gerne wieder!

  I had 2 projects in 2 different apartments were completed in time, with positive attitudes and willingness to make you feel that they were at your fingertips. No question was frowned upon, always with answers: "Of course, it's not a problem! That's our job," extremely polite, professional and respectful. It was great to work with a team that meets your expectations and treats your customers first.

  I recently moved to Zürich and my new home had no paintings of the years so I contacted HandyHelp for an estimate on painting my whole downstairs room which included living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and the ground floor bathroom. I doubted if I could afford to get everything done, but I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for painting so many rooms. I got your estimate and scheduled the work for a few weeks later. He appeared in time and worked long hours until all the painting was completed and including the ceilings and old railings that lead upstairs and still had time to assemble 2 wardrobes and install the lamps in all rooms. In 5 days everything was over and to my satisfaction. I will definitely hire you again! Thanks
