The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring an electric plug adapter and the staff at the reception promptly provided one.

Hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is on the front facing the lake. Spectacular views of the mountains. The rooms are cosy and spacious and also very clean.

Staff was friendly, location was convenient. Our room was on the first floor facing the lake, was clean, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The traffic goes right by the hotel so it can be noisy with the windows open. We went down for breakfast which had a decent selection but the bottom of the croissants were burnt. Decent value for the money.
