Horrible service!!! Zero hospitality!!! This is supposably the fanciest grocery store, well it’s not!!!

Expensive shop, which can be ok. But some of the items that you can find here are way cheaper in other stores (coop, even Manor!)

Certes, on trouve des produits d'exception et de grande qualité au supermarché, mais les prix restent trop souvent surfaits. Par exemple, la petit bouteille de Perrier coûte 1.80 CHF soit 80% de plus que dans les autres commerces (dont les prix sont déjà élevés).

Rude and hostile behaviour from a store salesman. I walked into the store shortly after 7PM on the way back to my hotel, not knowing that the store was already closed. There was no closed sign on the door, and also another store employee standing next to the door greeted me ( I think he was store security). Anyway, this salesman talked then to me with a raised tone, angrily gesticulating and pointing to the exit with his finger , smth along the lines "the store is closed, if you want to buy something pay now and leave!" After I paid at the check out he again pointed the finger to the exit stairs.

Je vais souvent chez Globus et d'habitude je n'ai pas de soucis. Cependant, la dernière fois que je m'y suis rendue, je fus déçue de l'acceuil et du service. La vendeuse au rayon bijouterie, m'a très mal parlée! Elle a eu un comportement extrêmement insolent envers moi! Je suis déçue et dorénavant, j'irai acheter mes bijoux ailleurs.
