  Photo studio is run by rude and moody teenage apprentices who cannot follow basic photo requirements/instructions. If you need specific photos as requested by your country's embassy (other than Swiss passport photos), I suggest you use another photo studio.

  Great place to buy a camera or camera equipment if you are looking for advice. The price is a bit steeper when compared to online stores, but worth it if you value the advice - which, to my experience, has been good.

  Too expensive for passport pictures, chf 30, in Bern for chf 19. Specific requirements for passport requested, still rejected at embassy. Had to take them again, loosing a lot of time in the process.

  The cameras and equipment they sell are very overpriced but they have great costumer service. Looking for a camera recommendation, this is a great place, however sometimes you might end up paying 200CHF more for a camera.

  Excellent service, extremely helpful people. Bought an 'occasion' (second hand) Canon camera with a small malfunction, and they changed it for a more advanced Sony camera without any cost, while I was enjoying a nice espresso. Best camera store experience!
