Just serviced my volvo there. Great experience. Recommended.
Long story short, this dealership will waste your time, and if sales is any indicator of how they do maintenance then avoid at all cost.
I had a very strange experience. In person, the sales person (M. Contino from Land Rover), was very helpful and cordial. After that, as I was trying to buy the car he became impossible to contact. Two emails and four phone calls later and I'm still waiting to hear back. Reading the other reviews it seems it's a pretty common pattern.
I'm getting much better service from Autocorner in Lutry (Audi) -- I'd stay away from Emil Frey in Crissier (or at least the Land Rover part).
Very good car dealers with many promotions and offers for a new, demonstration or used cars.
Bad experience with KIA and SUBARU car dealer, they were more expensive and give false answers. They are at best incompetent and at worst dishonest.
Much better other car dealers.
Very nice dealership with a lot of different brands! 😀 professional service!
Nice cars
Lots of car, some sellers are really nice others ok.
Okay service.. Not the best and most attentive staff.
Asked for a pre-inspection service of the vehicle. As an anglophone, did my best to speak in French out of respect. They returned my vehicle, which subsequently failed the state inspection. When I took it back to them, they said I should have specified the word "expertise" in my request, not "inspection". When I asked to speak to someone in English, said it was not possible at the time. Ended up paying nearly 2k CHF when it should have been just 1k if the problem was spotted the first time around. Above all, had the salesman laugh at my mispronunciation of certain French words. Bad mannered, expensive, and customer UNfriendly to the max. Quite disappointing as they are major representatives of several international brands, and cant get any of the dozen personnel present to communicate in any language besides French (I also offered Portuguese and Spanish, but clearly those are too outside of Emil Frey's linguistic span).
Will be taking my vehicles elsewhere, where at least there is respect for the customer and more than a single language spoken at the enterprise.
