Awesome hotel and congress center! The rooms are comfortable, the staff very helpful, the gym well equipped and the spa is clean and nice! The Congress center has very accommodating staff great wifi and good restaurant!

This is by far the best hotel to stay at in St Gallon. Everything about the Eistein St. Gallon is just great.

Short 10 minute walk from the station, friendly staff from interactions thus far, close to all the St Gallen highlights that I wanted to see and experience, highly recommend a stay here

The facilities for the price were excellent, and the bread from the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, it was a little difficult for the large tourist bus to access to the hotel.

One of the best places to be. I was in restaurant..the food was excellent and also in bar which is nice place to spend a night with friends and has a variety of drinks. People working there are friendly and always willing to help. In general I wouldn't say it is cheap to eat and drink thereBut the quality you get in all levels deserves the price.

Typical old style Swiss hotel. The rooms need to get renovated and the heating system in the room is very noisy. Service staff at the front desk is very unfriendly and arrogant. Hotel is not recommended in St. Gallen. There are better alternatives.
