  Comecei Minha trajetória no forex, numa conceituada e regulamentada corretora em Londres. O atendimento ao cliente excelente, o suporte no idioma do cliente, depósito e retirada de dinheiro fáceis, alem de outras qualidades. Mas, tinha uma coisa que muito me incomodava neste corretor e, passou a me incomodar ainda mais, quando passei a acessar o site da Dukascopy e, percebi a quantidade de informações transparentes publicadas ali, inclusive informações imprescindíveis para um operador que quer ter sucesso no mercado, são estas: Dukascopy informa que é a contraparte dos seus clientes, inclusive dos micros clientes, mostra profundidade do mercado com transparência, é verdadeiro corretor ECN possuindo tecnologia única na Suiça, se não no mundo, informa que nem todas as ordens dos clientes vão para o mercado e, explica de forma transparente o motivo. Maior liquidez do mercado, informa de onde vem sua fonte de liquidez, de quais bancos, além de muitas outras qualidades, ela ainda disponibiliza na conta de negociação do cliente, um mecanismo onde o mesmo poderá fazer uma proteção do seu capital tipo um stop de segurança ou uma carteira de proteção interna, sem falar que a mesma é regulamentada pela FINMA(SUIÇA) e também na EUROPA.
  Realmente tive alguns problemas no início quando comecei a operar com Dukascopy, inclusive para me acostumar com a plataforma Jforex, sendo este ultimo o meu maior desafio e, hoje percebo que esta plataforma é 100 vezes melhor e mais segura e profissional do que as demais plataforma usualmente fornecida pelas outras corretoras e pelos traders. Dukascopy agora com a mais nova ferramenta imprescindível para quem precisa de praticidade na hora de fazer depósitos e retiradas fáceis: DukascopyPayments, o atendimento ao cliente melhorou 100%.

  Dukascopy is a very decent broker with tight spreads and modest commissions. They are regulated and controlled by indepent firms so client's money is protected.
