My husband fell in love with this place so much, that we had to visit the shop every day whilst in Geneva. Professional staff, and great prices (we still have some cigars bought there, we treasure them)

Staff are exceptional, passionate and knowledgable about everything cigar orientated. There is a great selection of cigars in a beautiful environment.

Trois visites à la boutique en un an. Accueil de qualité, lors de ma première visite je ne fumais pas, même des cigarettes. La passion partagée par le vendeur ma conquise et j'ai acheté un cigare. L'attention du vendeur ne dépendait visiblement pas de mon potentiel d'achat. Lors de mes deux autres visites j'ai acheté quelques cigares après les conseils du même vendeur. Je ne sais pas si l’accueil des autres vendeurs est de même qualité mais pour celui ci je dirais, passion, accueil, compétence, pour résumer: la Classe.

I came in with my best friend who was on leave in the military, we are both twenty one and were dressed in normal clothes because we were walking all day. As soon as we walked in he asked us our age and we told him. He said we needed to be older to buy anything. We were kicked out of the store for what I'm assuming could only be he thought we wouldn't buy anything but I was looking to treat my friend on leave to a nice cigar. I know this is nyc but you shouldn't treat people by the way they dress or their age if they are over the legal age. Which we are 21 so I don't see why they couldn't. Very upset and will never be back.
