Unfortunately, although we had been a customer for a few years, there was a dispute because Mr B always reacted quickly, but was never able to set deadlines for his work and never provided the invoices on time. A chaotically organized company. Lots of trouble for the customer!

Ich hab in 4 Jahren beim Helpcenter nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden - zuverlässing ist Herr Bohn, pünktlich auch, professionell hab ich nichts einzuwenden und freundlich ist er sehr. Was die Preise anbelangt, würde ich nie mehr kommen, wenn ich nicht auch da zufrieden wäre. Als ich im Telephonbuch gesucht hab, war das ein reines Bauchgefühl, welches mich auch nie enttäuscht hat.
Kann ich ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
(2 Notebooks angeschafft, 1 Reparatur)
