Outdoor pools are large and enjoyable but the indoor one is cramped and lukewarm. Lots of children giving the place a 'public swimming pool' vibe. Changing rooms are not so pleasant. Overall though it is clean and a relaxing experience.

The bigger one out of two outdoor pools too cold, thus unsuitable for autumn/winter/spring. Very disappointing.

Nice butI've been to more relaxing places for a swim; everywhere you look there is a sign "no this, no that", which is a downer. The town is nice.

Great for kids on a Saturday. I think all ages are welcome - great if you have a baby that you want to take in the water..

Unfair price For the quality you get. Staff also does not even attempt to speak English. From the positives: great view from the saunas and access to public transport.

Driving directions via Google may be confusing. There is the Grand Hôtel, which if you are a booked guest may be driven to via Avenue des Bains. And there is the Centre Thermal, to which public (non hotel guest) access is only reached via Rue du Levant, behind the hotel, essentially around the block. They share a mailing address and therefore you might get directions to the hotel when you actually wish to visit the baths. The baths are quite nice but your experience will vary by weather (for out door lounge chairs) and school vacation schedules (for crowds). Sauna and steam room access costs additionally to general access to the pools.

Very crowded we came on a Monday during xmas holidays to avoid people but still packed in the afternoon. Was getting better around 5pm and the atmosphere outside with the lightings is even better! Open late until 9.30pm so enjoy! Very clean. Impressed by the electronic bracelet and locker.
