Very kitschy swiss restaurant. Authentic swiss food and service. A bit slow and disorganized, but overall a decent place for fondue. Not at all the best in the city. The division between the "Cave" and the "Chalet" is odd, though. Took some time to even establish that they were indeed the same place! The good news is that we went early and so brining our toddler was not a problem.

Pricy, less fresh than I hoped and the toilets have a lot of room for improvement.

I tripped across this restaurant while roaming the streets of Geneva. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The fondue was excellent! I highly recommend it.

Nice Raclette. There is a "galore" option (presumably all you can eat) or, as we went for the " 5 serve option " plenty for two to share. The melted cheese serve came out on a sideplate after you had finished the previous serve. Although this worked at keeping the cheese melted as we ate i'd have preferred the self melt option with a grill we found elsewhere. Tasty meal however not an "experience" as it's simply a basket of bread, potatoes, pickled onions and gerkins and cheese as per the picture. You'll have more fun with a fondue :)

The definition of a tourist trap. Very poorly prepared dishes and very unfriendly service! Raclette was a Joke, Fondue was ok.

The Goats cheese salad is amazing and very filling. My partner has the beef fondue and he enjoyed cooking his own lunch. Good service and nice interior as well.

Not very sophisticated, but if you're looking for a conveniently-located place for Fondue/raclette (Plainpalais), this would be it. Try to get a table in the room to the right-hand side: much more cosy. Raclette is a must here. Better go in groups

Over priced for the quality, kind of cantine style. Plenty of space for large groups. Huge cheese smell, don't go if not eating it :)

Typical chalet experience. Best during winters to enjoy some old school swiss fondue or raclette. The staff are very polite and friendly too
