  Very good hotel, 12 km away from lucern city.. you will get free travel pass to go around lucerne. very good location, simple break fast, and very polite staff. play area available for kids. Parking is free and sufficient

  Noisy rooms, poor breakfast and bad old beds. Reception personal was very nice and polite, and the location is good to visit Lucern. Good hotel for kids maybe.

  Great place to go with kids. Huge outdoor playground (although partially closed until April), and nice playroom indoors.
  
  They really make an effort to cater to the needs of families. Nice destination for a Sunday-excursion with the family.
