My BMW war bought here. Good staff, but sometimes service was not okay as agreed, can be improved.
Very friendly people.
Very good service even if I didn't buy my car there.
Very nice and friendly employees. I changed my tires and they was my car (it has never been so shiny).
My favorite BMW reseller and service station
Excellent service.
An honest, well organized and reasonably priced (keep in mind that it's in Zurich) BMW service.
Servicing a used car:
I have visited the service three times, and I always had a good experience. Everything was organized. They did a professional job, and consulted me whenever there was a task that was not planned at the beginning, so that I would not have surprises on the final bill.
Compared to Zurich and general BMW prices, I would not consider this service extremely expensive. Sure, a BMW service in Germany is cheaper, but the wages are also much lower. Then there's the advantage of being inside Zurich. You may take a seat in their nice waiting rooms with free tea, coffee and WiFi, or you could jump on a Bus/Tram and return to your office. That way you won't waste your time waiting for your car. They also offered me tram tickets.
I was also able to get quotes for and order standalone BMW parts.
My German is very basic, but they always tried their best to communicate with me in English. The people I talked with were good English speakers.
I have recommended them to a friend, as he needed to change the brake pads. He was very satisfied with the quality of the service. At the end of the day, he could pick up his car that was also cleaned inside and out (just like mine).
Buying a new car:
I was considering buying a new car. They have understood my requirements, arranged test drives for me, helped me understand all my options and gave me great advice. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to buy a new BMW.
