Its more of a tour in a visitor center rather than a tour in a chocolate factory. The Frey team explained that visitors can not really go into the factory due to sanitary regulation. Not worth making an effort to get there.

Great way to learn about how chocolate is made. Some fun activities and a photo booth. All you can eat chocolate at the end didn't hurt either maybe on the scale it will

It's a nice experience. The place itself is small and you are guided by virtual guides. The best part is the last where you can try the different kinds of Frey chocolates All you can eat buffet 😀.
There is also the possibility on their website to book a tour to make chocolate. That should be a greater experience but I haven't tried it today. Stays for the next review.response / report this review -

Positive experience, but I was expecting a lot more, like actually see the chocolate making process. The tour is short, and not actually in a factory. You'll receive a headphone to listen to about ten screens along the way, each one describing a different process during the manufacture of their chocolate products. After you finish with all screens, you'll get to the point where kids can have fun, with some kids area, and a place where you can taste as many chocolate as you "want" (well, I felt the lady across the balcony was not very happy with people getting too much chocolate!). The whole thing could finish in 15 to 20 minutes, if you don't stay too long in this area where you can taste chocolate - the last thing to do.

In combination with a chocolate design workshop really enjoyable. Specially with kids. But personally I would have liked more prominent placement of real footage and about the factory. There is a great small Display wall, but that was very interesting.
