  Long story short One of the trainee staff members at the SBB CFF FFS office gave us he wrong information after our Glacial Express was delayed for an hour, making us miss our train back to Lauterbrunnen, further wasting another hour of our time.
  Her mentor standing behind her didn't help her with our enquiry at all, sacrificing our time to train her staff member. We were the victim to her growth I might have done the same, but still very frustrating for us as travellers.

  全部是無障礙斜坡，
  上下行李省力不少^^

  Nice and small town with a wonderfull castle and great pzblic railway facilities. Good place to stay and visit the whole Valais and parts of northern Italy.
