I have contacted Bachmann AG in order to repair my broken SONY mobile. So far I had a very good experience. I have sent them the mobile on Tuesday and after exactly in one week the device was back to my home repaired.
It's important to keep in mind that all the memory is lost, so it's always necessary to perform a backup in advance (as mention by Sony).
Minor remark (not 5 stars): they should be a bit quicker in replying to emails (typically take 1-2 days).

Avoid at all costs. They don't answer to phone calls, emails, not even letters. Out of several emails I maybe received a line of reply in average, and for the rest nothing.

My phone was under warranty, but they refused to repair due to a ridiculous excuse. It had an internal electronic part malfunctioning. They found something and they said it it might be proof of a mechanical damage. I found this nonsense, but I had no chance of even communicating with them. They decided, and I had nowhere to go or nothing to say. I had to wait for weeks for something to happen.

They refused to repair and charged me for their work.
I am honestly confident that the phone was in an excellent condition.

They even broke the back glass and didn't replace it, only to look inside! They sent it back to me with the broken parts in an envelope.
They wanted to charge me 50+ chf for returning the phone without repair. After a series of complaints I could get my device back without paying. It took them three weeks and a broken glass.

Again, while the device was under the manufacturer's warranty.

Not to mention wasting time, they caused damage in my device. I had to go to an other company to fix the glass they broke, plus the internal part.

I had to pay for the repairs in the other shop, because how they broke the glass has indeed voided the warranty for good.

I don't understand how a company can function like this. I sincerely hope they go out of business very soon.

Never in life again.

They claim my S4 SIM reader was broken by mejust by putting the SIM card in. Warranty denied. 175 Sfr to repair and the part costs 15 Sfr.
My phone was sent to them by Media Markt, not by me.

This company can not be trusted. Will charge you a lot of money to send your phone back without doing anything or if you pay even more, they will wipe your phone and lose all important data.
