Best hotel in Bern (the most expansive as well). It's a authentic and historic building. Was used as the meeting point for spies during WW2. The atmosphere is magic. You can enter and enjoy a good coffee!

Everything was great, except the checkout took 15min because of waiting times and under staffed front desk, eventhough the personel was available. Otherwise the review would have been 5 stars.

Nice hotel with classic ambient. Located near to Bern old town, giving easier access to see most of attraction around. Restaurant's view is amazing in the morning.

Great hotel! Superb location for exploring all of Been. Additionally, the room was very spacious and allowed for two more bed for our children, 12 and 14.

We had a five course dinner which didn't turn out well. The food wasn't very tasteful at all.
The service was disastrous in every possible way.
To finalize the tragedy, the restaurant bill was 300 CHF higher as expected due to falsely booked meals. Fortunately for us we noticed the mistake and the bill was corrected accordingly.

The place is ok, one of the best location in Bern. It is expensive, I like the place and have been a couple of times there! Last time we organized an aperitif but the service was not really good! The olive were very bad! And our reservation were not ready when we arrived! Have to said we were a bit early, So they improvised putting us in a random corner! I still be very good if you going just in couple to have a drink.
