  Gutes Brot, feiner Kaffee, freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Tipp: Unbedingt die mit Haselnusskernen garnierten Nussgipfel probieren!

  Extremely poor service. We were originally greeted in German and my wife replied that were were American (and we don’t speak German, English?). The employee’s face appeared to immediately get serious and her attitude came across rude. When we asked about our sandwich choices since there was no English on them, my wife and I were told our only options were either ham, ham & tomato or just cheese when there were clearly many other options (salmon, salami, chicken, etc.). When we asked about the other sandwiches her response was the same: No. Only ham, ham & tomato or just cheese.
  
  It’s possible that something was lost in translation but I’m a little hesitant to say that was the reason for poor service considering others behind us asked for (and received) a salmon sandwich in English.

  Ich habe gestern einen Hamburger mit Pommes gegessen., zum trinken habe ich noch ein Red Bull für 3.30 gekauft.
  Der Hamburger Zen hat 9.50 gekostet, der Burger ist gross und frisch zubereitet mit Calypso-Honig- Sauce. Der Burger ist fad und langweilig, die Sauce ist nicht schmeck bar, selbst die käse ist so dünn geschnitten das man es nicht mal herausschmeckt. Überteuert und würde es niemanden Empfehlen, geschweige es wieder kaufen.
  Die Pommes hat 5Fr. gekosten und waren dank der Gewürzmischung lecker, würde es jedem weiter empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Produkte zum grossen teil überteuert und den Preis nicht wert.

  Good for breakfast. This bakery is directly in the train station and you can either get your stuff to take away, or you can sit down. They also have coffee both to drink the or on the go

  Very good products but the most unfriendly service staff I met. This after my fifth visit in this place. No thank you no farewell nothing .. Poor Switzerland . Is this the image we Swiss want to give to our visitors ?

  Best bakery at any Swiss SBB station. Great selection, great sandwiches, nice staff - at very affordable prices!
