A delightful cuisine , made with regional ingredients. The restaurant is a quiet place, with its untypical view on the railways. The staff is very comprehensive if you suffer from any allergies. Do not forget to call for reservation a few days before, otherwise you might not get a table.
If you like steak tartare, I do recommend you to eat theirs, you'll be on cloud nine.

A nice little restaurant with multiple choice of menu. During the year and the seasons, the meals change. For this reason, each time you get there, the experience will be diferent.The staff is very proffesional and can easily answer to all your questions.Laste time, I ate a delicious beef tartare with toast and well cooked french fries.

The restaurant is near the train station of Grandvaux wich is a good thing for the people who don't have a driving license ( or for the people who want to drink alcohol). You can get here easily from Lausanne, th main city, in less one hour.
