  Really nice and elegant place to have dinner at. Meat dishes were really good and tasty whilst the prices are average. Not so easy to find a parking spot nearby.

  Excellent dining experience, good service and delicious food. Prices are in line with Swiss standards, but fair for the quality of the food. The staff makes an effort to speak English and accommodate special requests.

  Peu de choix sur la carte se qui est gage de qualité ! Personnel très agréable, nous avons tres bien manger et passer un bon moment. Je recommande vivement :)

  Terrible!!! This hotel cannot be trusted. Customer service is appalling do not book this hotel. I booked this hotel for my fiancee to stay in she was flying into geneva and needed somewhere close to airport to stay. After travlling for 16 hours she gets an email upon arrival in geneva from the hotel saying they had made a mistake and they were now full and to call them for more information. We tried multuple times to call but no answer she was left with no hotel to stay in. There are no vacancies to be found in any hotels nearby and it does not look like she will find one. This is disgraceful to just abandon a confirmed guest just like this and leave them homeless especially after such long travel. I would advice you not to book this hotel as they cannot be trusted to keep your booking. Please beware

  Very friendly staff. Great food. Loved the service. Very cozy atmosphere as well. Definitely get the beef Wellington. Chef Burnier came out to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Price was good too.

  We stayed there for two nights and the first one it seemed like the noisy restaurant wasn't going to let us sleep. At some (decent) time the noise stopped.
  
  The room was ok, with two chocolates in the bed and clean. I don remember anything wrong, the bathroom was pretty good.
  
  The breakfast was great and the service (specially in the morning) was very good to.
  
  We were lucky to find a parking space a few meters from the entrance.
  
  One bad thing (not for us) is that you have to carry your suitcase by the staircase.
