The hotel is in the perfect location in Arosa. With my background of traveling this hotel is for sure not 5 stars. The rooms have nice views and are extremely clean, however the quality of the shower and bathroom could use an upgrade. When we checked in, it took way to long with a lot of confusion. I think the staff was new and just getting used to the system. When we got to the room our bags never came. We decided we would go for a walk and hopefully they would be there. They were not so we asked the front desk three times if they could bring our bags now as it was 18:00 and we checked in at 14:00. Turns out they put them in another room from the same group. Minor mistake however we didn't like asking three times. I would visit again this location as the breakfast was fantastic and the views from the hotel. It is quite expensive for what you getbut that's Switzerland :)
