More and more incompetent crew, deteriorating service, just like their products! Slow and inefficient processes. On the other hand, this creates greater business opportunities for small iphone clinics and pc clinics in the villages where they pay personal attention and deliver fast results.
I went to get my new super expensive MacBook Pro with Touch Bar replaced because of several defects. I have never been treated worse by a costumer service in my life. The chief manager of the store and a Mac “Genius” did not listen to a world of what I said and they just insulted me until I stormed out of the store with my defective MacBook Pro. I was so angry I even forgot to buy a cover that I wanted for my iPhone.
Good store, you find cables and accessories in the “basement” floor. Some employees might simply not talk to you all to ask whether you need help or not.
Incompetent customer service and utter lack of communication. Had to order spare parts first, after that it took them 6 days to realize that the problem has not been solved and had to order another parts3rd week and counting. Will seriously consider buying another Apple product.
iPhone 6s Plus. I had a cracked screen. The 'genius' said if they open the phone, and something else is indeed wrong and not just the screen that it's their policy to not finish service, not install the new screen, and NOT put your old screen back together. Then he told me if that happens they offer a refurbished device for around $360 which I found REALLY weird.
He did run a wireless diagnostic of my iPhone and it showed that all of the internal components were in good condition so I went ahead and left it there for repair.
2 hours later I went back and it was ready. Phone is like new. Got what I went there to get so gotta give them a little credit.
The employees here i felt are completely racists .
I have written to Apple, about this. Please improve your service.
Most bad shopping experience in Apple Store, the staff didn't know the product he sell. And offer the bad service. Feeling unhappy for a long time.
Slow | Crowded | Inflexible
I’ve been here multiple times and it never gets better. Wait times are long compared to any Apple store, staff are inflexible and too few and the space isn’t particularly innovative or well thought out.
Avoid at any cost- if you can, go to an Apple shop in any other country, or try an Apple Authorised Reseller (Data Quest for instance).
Go there really if you absolutely have to (and have nothing else to do on that day and are in your best mood).
Unless everyone is busy walking around, you will be greeted with a plastic smile. If you have an appointment, you will wait another 15min. If you don't have one, go home. No mercy if you come from another town.
This guy tried to help me then sent his colleague to "teach me how to use iPhone". No comment.
Usual apple store products are offered but nicely located in the main central area of the city. It is a plus to get free wifi for apple device users!
I went there to book an appointment to have my macbook air checked because of a faulty keyboard. I had to queue (lots of Apple Geniuses helping in a very fast and efficient way). 10 mins after booking the appointment for a proper laptop check-up I was called in! The guy who helped me was very professional and helpful, and the service really pleasant and hyper-fast! Would totally recommend it to anyone!
Good awful customer experience. It is impossible to get a simple thing like an iPhone battery fixed because it is impossible to get an appointment with a technician (neither online nor in the store, I tried both several times). There are dozens of guys in Apple t-shirts with their flashy iPads around, but nobody is willing (or capable) of helping with anything. Never again.
Went there to get my Mac battery replaced. I was told that it would take a week at most to get it done. So after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called in just to find out that my Mac was now ready for collection. I wonder when they would've made the effort to notify me about it.. great customer service.
