  Everything what we could look for our baby in one place, therefore very convenient to shop for our newborn. Prices are very reasonable and I found very good deals from the products on sale. Shipment was very fast as well!

  Good products, fair prices, quick delivery, helpful client service - keep up the good work! (P.S. If return costs and/or pick at home would be free (GAS), that would be perfect for people with small children.)

  Website is user friendly and ordering was easy. When I had a problem when part of my order was out of stock and holding up delivery, customer services was in touch within an hour and my problem was solved the following day. Very impressed.

  Not happy the way they handle theirs bills keep on extra charge but when we call and ask , we didnt understand at all what they mean! And when we thought the bills is settle the next month another bills come and the charge got more high!!! They have alot of tricks to make u pay extra but when we call and ask for explaination they didnt even makes us understand what is the extra charge for!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! we will never buy anything from this store anymore.

  Absoluter genialer Service. Bei Reklamationen kümmert sich umgehend jemand darum und man ist stets bemüht, eine kundenfreundliche Lösung zu finden. Für uns der Baby-/Kinderladen Nr. 1!

  Schlechter Onlinedienst.
  Beim Abholen der Ware ist es strenger als der Post.
  Trotz Ausweis von meiner Frau durfte ich die Bestellung nicht abholen. Brauche eine Schriftliche erklärung.
  Viel Auswahl im Laden. Bedienung war ok.
  Kann aber verbessert werden.

  Online-Shop ist nicht zu empfehlen. Kundendienst ist freundlich und bemüht. Bei einer Reklamation jedoch ändert sich der Ton schlagartig. Fehler wird immer beim Kunden gesucht. Schade!

  Gute Auswahl mit super Preisen und Artikel sind auch meist vorhanden. Mitarbeiter dürften etwas freundlicher sein. Toll dass man nicht vorhandene Ware direkt im Lager (ca. 7 Minuten entfernt) abholen kann!
