  Good well run fuel facility, good quality. During my stay in Brazzaville there was a fuel serious fuel shortage. X-OIL was out of fuel during this time. Over a hundred taxies were lined up waiting for fuel for several days. When a fuel tanker came it didn't take long before X-OIL was out of fuel again. I don't believe it was their fault as the shortage was regional problem.
