Fantastic place for a couple of days getaway. Lots of attention to detail. You have to remember it's Africa so that's why I have given it 5 stars.

Beautiful secluded beach, excellent service, very well prepared food. Unfortunately are guests at the restaurant not allowed to use the pool, only hotel residents, easy 5 star if they were allowed. You'll meet friendly dogs, monkey and parrot in cages. Well worth a daytrip from P-N, negotiate a taxidriver to wait for your return.

I have lived in Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo for almost a year and noticed that there are very few good rural relaxation places. Point Indienne which is north is good. I googled this and it looks a little like Lou Moon near AXIM beach in Ghana. We are going for lunch, so will update with photos and report.

Seems to be fairly accessible, just after the Paege,[toll ] to the right.
