  Was like discovering a paradise in Kinshasa! Great service, spacious rooms, wifi stable and great outdoor area with huge swimming pool and entertainment area. Breakfast buffet with wife variety and good food.

  I visit the place from time to time, especially on weekends. The staff is lovely. They do their best though. Rooms' prices drop on weekends which makes it interesting.

  Staff was less than helpful. The 3 stars go to the restaurant that serves pretty good food (if you manage to get it) and the atmosphere (Congolese music by the pool is a life experience).

  Even if it free don't stay here. It's the most horrible arrive hotel ever. Rude and unprofessional and worst is that they claim to be the best.

  Old rooms are not good. I would advise to take Pullman which in in the same place. Location is great, view is amazing though.

  Food selection and quality is horrible. Service can't be slower with 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and they forgot the desert. But above all the service is way below standard. I almost didn't see a smile on any of the staffs faces although I always smile at them.
  I killed a roach in my room and the AC was down in the whole hotel for 10 hours for maintenance. What are they maintaining a space shuttle ! Really a joke for the money.

  Very nice and upscale hotel. Reasonable prices. Many facilities and good views on the Congo River. Service is not consistent.

  Horrible experience. The staff at the swimming pool behaves as if they pay us to visit them. Not the kind of service you expect when you pay $160 a month. It generally seems that the staff is not trained how to deal with customers. Very rude.
  
  I'd rather go to Kempinski. Situated right next to this hotel. FAR BETTER service, polite staff and better and cleaner gym and pool.

  Renovated part is wonderful, old part well you can guess.
  Very expensive restaurant and bar 8$ for a tembo, 25$ for a spaghetti, 27$ for a burger..

  High quality hotel, but the prices are outrageous.
  
  The food is generally to be avoided, except the pizza which is the most reasonably priced thing on the menu and very good.
  
  Rooms are clean, hot water is consistent, staff is helpful and the beds are pretty good (Firm by American standards).
  
  Breakfast is a sore spot. If the could make a proper cappuccino and if they had a bit more variety for the long term tenants, it would be quite good.
  
  Expect to prepay your entire visit, they don't do pre authorizations.
