  This is a modern airport building, which looks clean and practical at first sight. However, for a foreigner that arrived there for the first time, the boarding procedure is rather cumbersome. First you have to pay the exiting taxes, then you have to present your luggage for checking by the authorities. Only at this point you can really check-in. Costumes control is the next step and finally you go trough hand luggage x-ray and metal detector.

  Le nouvel aéroport donne un coup de frais et ressemble enfin à un aéroport international. Le dutty free et la petite restauration est la bienvenue et l'organisation est plus soignée qu'avant. Très bel effort.

  Nouveau terminal petit mais au moins calme propre et pas trop mal organisé. De plus en plus de vol internationaux. Ancien terminal utilisé encore pour les vols intérieurs catastrophique avec bruit terrible lors du check in avec organisation catastrophique.

  The airport has barely been maintained or upgraded, It still uses the infrastructure built by the Belgians during the colonial era.With new international terminal with some computerization and upgrades are done in 2015 however most of the staff inside ask for perks !!
