  In the uptown, you can find here an open air restaurant, which also offers a large swimming pool. With a decent choice of meat or fish, there is a mandatory dish: le capitaine avec pomme terre sautés (a river fish, confited and served with salted potatoes and vegetables). Waiters speak a reasonable English, being French the official language, and are always very polite and willing to clear any doubt you may have. Usually a casual place, but you won't feel uncomfortable wearing a suit.
