this is really terrible place.first: it is just a normal zoo.it is not really wildlife.they keep the bonobo somewhere.make a electric paling.then give them some food.then make moneys.it is no any diffrent with any other city zoo.second:the ticket conuter is terrible.only collect money.didn't tell me i can have guide for free.the other staff is ok.third:there is four group of bonobo.our guide only showed us three of them.but before i met the guide.i visited another group of bonob.many toueist don't know about this.i saw another big group also didn't go to that direction.because at the bigening i dont know we have guide.so i just walk around.thats how i found another group of bonob.there is a big bonob.but they don't show to other tourist.only collect ticket money.this is like cheating!as another coment said:she donate 240 usd.but never received one thank you.if you want see animal.just go to marsai mara.it is not worth come to lola ya bonobo.

Greatest experience in Kinshasa! Definetely worth the visit, it is a must not only for Nature lovers and Animal curious, but for every single human veibg, to understand the amazing effort done here by all the Staff and Mrs André, as well as the importance of nature conservancy all over the World. It waa a very powerful afternoon!

Entrance is 10 usd pp , closed mondays , several visits per day but at strickt hours , visit takes +/- 2 hours.

A must see in Kinshasa. They have preservers around 100 bonobos here in a great natural habitat. They guides are really knowledgeable and friendly. There is a small shop to buy a coke or drink and some souvenirs. They have a nursery for baby bonobos who are abandoned and have lost their mothers. The road to the sanctuary is nice ( not so much different than roads in the DRC). The ticket is $10 for tourists.

An amazing effort to protect our fellowprimates Bonobos, which can teach us more than we ever be able to return! Genuinely care about these beings who are roaming far areas in the Congo rain forest. They would appreciate your help, donations, whatever you can!

I wish we had more time to explore this place. Don't be too noisy when you're near the bonobos, they will throw dirt at you.

Great place to visit the Bonobos in their natural park. They are a blast to watch especially during feeding time.
