  The Ngokaf is NOT a suitable hotel for English business travelers. The issues included:
  
  • Noise – My colleague and I did not get much sleep. There was a loud party in the bar until the early hours, and there were large roadworks on the road outside with huge noisy machines that also caused the hotel to shake.
  • Bed – My colleague's bed was sunken, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Mine was OK.
  • Food – The food is inedible for meat eaters, let alone us two vegetarians. We ate hamburgers that made us feel queasy, and for breakfast ate stale white break and rice.
  • Wifi – The wifi was barely functional. We were not able to send/receive emails, the only thing that worked erratically was Whatsapp Texting only.
  • Language – Communication was practically impossible as they only spoke French, except for one manager who had a little bit on English.
  
  Thus we spent only one night there, and checked out.

  The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the food is fresh. Clean spacious rooms with Aircone, fridge & kettle.
