Бях тук няколко пъти през 1982 и 1983. Най добрият хотел, ресторант и дискотека в града! Имаше и казино. Сборен пункт за българските моряци. След полунощ се довършвахме в "Nsasa bar"(Саса бар), малко по-нагоре, но не помня мястото. Страхотни спомени!

I was working with Inga Shaba in 1980 and used to eat dinner at the restaurant on the weekend. Best meal in town!

I stayed there in 1979 and several times after. It had a fantastic tiled interior courtyard with internal balconies. This was a time before the bridge was built and you had to take the Bak (ferry) across the Congo River (then the Zaire River). The scene at the Bak when the ferry pulled in was wild, chaotic, and wonderful. Sometimes when driving from Kinshasa to the coast at Moanda, you would either miss the Bak, or you would arrive and find it was broken, so you had to stay over night. I miss the Congo very much, especially the people.
