It's pricey but clean and the view is amazing. Be ready to do some stairs though! Food is ok, but pricy. Breakfast is nice!

Un hôtel bien construit avec une vue panoramique sur le lac Kivu. Néanmoins il y a des efforts à fournir quant à l'entretien de l'hôtel, j'ai logé dans une chambre où la climatisation marche à peine, la lumière insuffisante en chambre, on ne peut pas y lire un bouquin à moins que vous vous fassiez mal aux yeux. Cependant, les chambres sont bien spacieuses et confortables. Actuellement il y a renouvellement des murs extérieurs du Panorama et ça donne aspect bien super presentables

Beautiful ambience, very clean neat rooms, very comfortable beds.spectacular view of the ocean.but not for the unfit.the stairs are like going to heaven and coming back to earth

The only big hotel in Bukavu, DRC across the border of Rwanda. Not recommended for physically challenged individuals as there is no elevator.
