  Looking at the appearance of this hotel is good but it's facilities not like we see in the outside. The toilet won't be flash every time I stayed at this hotel so at least I have to change my room for once. Kettle is not clean with accumulated scale. Unlike what the hotel has been communicated with me before, I cannot have my room with pool view. In siDe of my room has always smoking smell but I don't smoke.. Food here is very expensive around USD 20 per dish but importantly food is not very fresh and tasty..The quality is getting low..

  Modern hotel with clean rooms and a good restaurant. No gym but they have an agreement with a gym near by. Ask for a membership card and they can give you shortcut directions.

  A nice place. Hotel has a vast area with trees and nice landscape. Foods are quite expensive. Had almost the same menu for 10 days with few varieties.

  Pullman is a reputed hotel but at Lubumbashi, the service is poor because staffs are not well trained. It's at a good location.

  A pleasant hotel with lovely views, a lot of green space around it and a lovely pool area. The staff is however a bit sluggish and you have to repeat your request a number of times. The absence of small items in the rooms like a kettle, coffee, moisturizer etc. was rather unexpected for such a hotel

  Very convenient and comfortable staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are not well trained at all. They couldn't get any order correct and brought wrong drinks or dishes. Food not very good and pricey. Better to go to the restaurants close by.

  The pool is great and all but the food is absolutely terrible. It's overly pricey and not worth the money. Other than that it is worth the experience. Other than the high prices

  Beautiful gardens and grounds. Rooms average; some promises unmatched. They claim every room has coffee/tea maker-not true. Plus only one 300ml water in room not kosher. Breakfast is great though. Front office guys kind of lethargic.

  - Very nice hotel with friendly staff.
  - Clean, modern rooms.
  - Good location
  - Decent food
  
  Cons
  - No refrigerator in rooms
  - Very expensive food & drinks (e.g. $25 breakfast buffet with pretty limited choice, $4 cokes).
  - While internet access is free with unlimited access, absolutely ridiculous policy where they only give you access in 500MB increments so you have to ask continue asking for new logins and passwords every time your run out. For the price being paid for your room, you should uninterrupted internet access.
