  I came here for a 6am class (after driving 20 minutes and getting stuck in traffic) and arrived at 6:01am. I agree I was late for the class, but I was not impressed that all the doors are locked. Considering how much you charge per month, you should be able to pay for a receptionist to sit at the front desk!
  
  Why would I come here when I just join a gym, that includes gym membership and hot yoga, AND could accomodate me when I am ONE MINUTE LATE?
  
  Not impressed.

  Nice clean studio with good high energy classes. Most of the teachers are very good. The only negative is the parking. Sometimes it's hard to get a place in the underground lot. If you park on the street you have to pay. It's only $2.00 but I really don't want to pay more than what I already have paid to attend class.

  Very nice and welcoming environment :)
  I tried out their intro classes for a month as it was my first time doing yoga, and i had a great time. The staff made sure that I was well taken care of and provided me with whatever information I needed. You can also see the great relationships they have with other guests as well. I'll definitely be coming back once my schedule clears up!

  Big problem when you try to do any account maintenance (i.e. cancellation, hold, etc). They only accept email requests. That's fine but the problem is the manager never responds to your emails, or does so well pass the 7-day turnaround as they advertised. They ignore your cancellation/hold requests or delay them for as long as possible while continuing charging your credit card. If this practice bugs you, avoid the studio!

  So glad I found this studio! Staff is very polite and friendly, studio space is clean, instructors very helpful. I haven't practiced in 7 years, and it feels so nice to be back. Thank you :)

  Best yoga studio in Mississauga! I joined this studio in April and absolutely love it. I was bouncing between studios in Mississauga trying to find a good one and I found the best one! All other studios I visited had a first priority of selling me their services and it was very pressuring. At Moksha Square One it was the exact opposite and one of the reasons why I fell in love with this studio.

  I've had a great experience with moksha square one. There are many experienced teachers and I thoroughly enjoyed most of their styles, which includes both physical and mental guidance. I like the variety and enjoyed look forward to going to classes regardless of who's teaching, which says a lot. The studio is bright and airy. Clean and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
