KNIFE started out as a passion project. It was 2009 when after 15+ years of slugging it in kitchens, it was time to follow my love for knives and decided to open a shop in Toronto. KNIFE is Dedicated to Japanese cutlery and a place for my fellow industry peers to come hang and talk shop. KNIFE has evolved since then but the principles remain the same, quality knives, whetstone sharpening and a place to share your passion.
