- What happens if I’m late to my appointment??
Patients who are late to their appointment may lose their spot to the next patient on the list and have to wait their turn. Patients who are significantly late may be counted as a no-show. This means that you will either have to wait your turn on a first-come first-serve basis like the other walk-in patients, or have to reschedule your appointment for another day. - I am experiencing hair loss on the Ideal Protein program. Is this normal??
Hair loss is a very natural side effect of weight loss - it is not permanent and it will grow back. To prevent hair loss and minimize it during your journey, it is vital that you are taking your recommended supplements. - Do you only deliver prescription medication??
No. Aside from prescription medication, we also deliver non-prescription medication and other products and medical supplies that we have available at our location. - Why are travel vaccines important??
Traveling comes with its fair share of health concerns, especially nowadays. Some countries carry diseases that are rare in Canada and could put vulnerable individuals at risk. Even if you have a full immunization status, there are vaccinations that you may not have had as a child, which are mandatory prior to entry into the country. - Can I still get vaccinated if I’m sick??
You can still get safely vaccinated if you have a common cold with a runny nose or sore throat. Please stay home, however, if you have a fever over 39°C or have been in contact with individuals who tested positive for Covid-19.
