Great customer service! great professional staff!
I have had a very positive experience selling my property and buying a new one. Being new in Canada, getting the right advice is very critical when you buy a property. I received the right guidance and support and made the home buying and mortgage process easy for me. Now, I have my dream house and a mortgage that is on comfortable terms and relatively low mortgage rates (very competitive rate compared to banks and other firms)!! To me when it comes to real estate or mortgage questions, Zivasa Realty becomes my one-stop-shop.
