On October 2, 2020, Maj from Zanjani carried out carpet cleaning at our apartment. His instructions were to clean around the furniture and not move it. Instead, he moved the kitchen table (he shouldn't have done this, or he should have at least asked for help). In doing so, he broke one of the legs (see pic attached).

After the cleaning, I called Maj and emailed Zanjani about this. Maj said he didn't break the table leg (this is untrue, and it was clear after he moved it that the table leg was broken), and Zanjani never responded.

This is very disappointing, and I recommend that no one use this company. Things in business sometimes go wrong, but a company should deal with the problem, not leave the customer hanging.

This company seems bigger than it is, because of their website and all their automatic emails and texts. Based on my experience, I suspect it's actually one or two guys, with maybe a couple of employees. Looks like if those one or two guys don't feel like making things right, you are out of luck.

I recommend this company! They were on time, they have done carpet cleaning and move out cleaning at once, very convenient, their price is competitive! Cleaning could be a little better, but they accepted my feedback and were willing to make it up, I didn’t take because it was just little details that didn’t upset me!

I have 2 rental houses and in the past 4 years, every time my tenants move out I call Zanjani Cleaning for deap cleaning and carpet steam cleaning.
They are always on time, very clean, professional, and affordable.
They always open a time for me because sometimes there is not much time between one tenant moves out and another one moves in on a same day.
I will recommend them to every one of my friends for move in and out cleanings also for regular montly cleanings.

I just used this service as i was moving out. The only reason I hired cleaners was because I just had surgery and could not do it myself. I wasn't overly happy with the clean. They missed alot of little things, like every corner of the house such as in the bathroom, in the bedrooms, and the baseboards were still dirty in the end. So we had to go over it all ourselves, which sort of defeats the purpose of hiring cleaners. They also took and extra hour which kind of confuses me as the space they were cleaning was very small and clean to begin with already, also there was no carpets, and they did not have to touch the walls as they would be getting painted( so it should not have taken that long). Not a terrible experience, but would I hire them again? No.

I spoke to the owner on the phone and he seemed extremely reasonable and accommodating. I explained that the Groupon was being used for my mother who has had two knee surgeries recently and finds it very tough to clean high or low places. I explained that I would pay extra to include walls particularly in the bathrooms because she is not able to wipe those down or floorboards.
I walked into the place at the women was finishing cleaning and honestly thought they hadn't started yet. The hardwood floor were streaked worse than if someone hadn't mopped at all, the baseboards and walls were left completely alone. The only thing that was done quite well was the shower doors, completely descaled, and the toilets. I asked what they used to clean the floors and she said "pure water". I asked why she didn't use some kind of product and she said she wasn't provided any floor cleaning product, or any scrubbing tools or any spray besides windex and CLR for the bathroom. They completed their six hours (I paid $30 plus tax for the additional hour) and then just waited at the front door of the house for their ride for almost an extra hour while the owner kept them waiting. When the owner finally came in I told him my issues, and he said "Why didn't you bring this up in the walk through?" What walk through?? As I pointed out the issues to the girls they took their dirty rags and started half heartedly cleaning again, clearly tired and upset. I told him we didn't have time for a full re clean we had somewhere to be and he said it was now or never. The girls cleaned the floors again with "pure water" left streaks on doors and walls and I finally got frustrated and simply asked them to leave. Will NEVER use this company again and I hope no one else does either. The last thing the owner said to me before leaving was "we did our best hope you can appreciate that". I just don't appreciate that actually because this is supposed to be a professional cleaning company, not a few women who don't speak english and aren't given proper tools to clean.

Another bad experience here. The person who is coordinating cleans didn't communicate to the crews. Booked a clean for 10 am, and after multiple calls, finally arrived at 1:15 pm!!! On top of that, the cleaner wasn't the brightest of the bunch. Definitely not recommended.

I was a first time user with a Groupon coupon in May. I appreciated the ease and responsiveness of the whole booking-up process. Also, there was a confirmation email the day before so I wasn't left wondering if they would really come. They did, on time, and did a great job!

Booked a time window of 9:00am - 9:30am and he called me at 9:35am to tell me they wouldn't arrive until 10:00am. Still no sign of them at 10:25am and I had to call them for an update on when they'd arrive. This should have been my first hint that things weren’t going to go well. Had to be away from work for almost 2 hours because of how long they took. Zero appreciation for my time.
I ordered 5 hours of cleaning which I thought would be more than enough for my 850 sq ft condo (which we're moving out of and basically had nothing in it). When they finally showed up around 10:45am, he talked me through what they would be doing and it sounded like my condo would be thoroughly cleaned, especially because it’s not a very big space. I couldn't meet them for a final walkthrough after already missing so much time away from work earlier in the day, so I didn't see what they had done until I got back after work.
I guess 5 hours of cleaning time (with 3 ladies present) only equates to vacuuming, cleaning 2 small bathrooms, and cleaning 1 microwave in a tiny condo. Didn't clean the fridge/freezer like he said they would, didn't dust any of the blinds, didn't clean inside any cabinets, etc. I could have done everything they did in less than the 2 hours I spent waiting for them to arrive.
Such a waste of my time and money - would never recommend to anyone.

Maj and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning and carpet cleaning for the move out of our home. Very thorough, shiny and spotless, and did a walk through inspection upon finishing. Very pleasant to talk to over the phone and all expectations were met. I would highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone!
