  I recently had my Dad, Andy Knorr's funeral at Yates Memorial Services in Parksville.I am so appreciative of all their professionalism and compassion in making the arrangements for my Dad's service. Barry and his wife Rae were so kind in this difficult time. Jill is an exceptional caring employee always there to help you and Brad on the day of the funeral was so helpful as well. I highly recommend Yates! I will always be grateful for all they did.

  Barry and the staff at Yates went above and beyond to help us through the untimely passing of our mother. His professionalism in our time of complete uncertainty helped us to work through the grieving process and made us feel at ease knowing Mom was treated with the utmost compassion and dignity by Yates. We Thank each and every staff member at Yates for helping us deal with our loss.

  Yates Memorial Services is an incredible family owned and operated business. Their staff are so helpful and caring and really go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. I highly recommend Yates as they are so professional!

  The staff were friendly, attentive and showed genuine compassion/professionalism. The cemetery is beautiful and well maintained with significant attention to detail.

  I had three occasions to call upon Yates in the past year, and each time they came with such compassion and professionalism. It was so comforting and reassuring to us in our grief and we were guided through the office work with ease. I appreciate the care that all the staff gave us each time we needed them.

  Absolute rip off! My friend was dying of cancer and approached Yates to complete her cremation. She reviewed the "brochure" and decided on Yates. After her cremation, I was surprised at all the "extras" that were not explained to her. The brochure is purposely misleading and her cremation was an extra $1500.00. I would not recommend Yates to anyone.
