  The team did a great job painting our masterbedroom and ensuite. We also had 2 cabinets painted and it all looks great. Very professional team arrived on time, very polite, and took the time to show the progress. Would definetly use again and recommend to others. The owner is also a pleasure to deal with. She is professional, friendly, and took the time to go through the colors and process with me. All around great experience!

  We had Leesha and her team from WOW re-paint our picket fence. The team was kind, on time, did a great job and were truly nice to work with. Everyone I talked to from start to finish at WOW was very kind and professional. The fence was in rough shape but looks brand new after being painted. Would definitely use them again in the future and can't recommend them enough.

  Edit: downgraded rating by one star due to quality issues that I’ve discovered over time in less obvious places (at baseboards, below microwave etc). Some very sloppy work in those areas with little disregard for drips and taping.
  
  Paint job was good and they delivered within one day for most of the house which most companies can't do. Would recommend and use again!
  
  The pluses (4 star)
  We actually had a bit of a miscommunication and I expected paint to be done in an area they weren't expecting to paint. I raised this after the job and Maryanne came back to the house and delivered, even touching up some areas of trim that were not included in the job. I think if anything people should see this as a positive. It's easy when things go perfectly but when little issues come up you see how a company delivers on their promise and the pride they have in their work. It's clear that Leesha and her team (lead by Maryanne) have pride in their work and want customers to be happy. I would recommend the service. The ability to get that much paint work done in 1 day is a real plus for those of us looking to decorate after moving in. Additionally there was a small hole behind something the former owner had up (pre-existing) and wow1day patched it for us when they came back which was further evidence in the pride they take in having happy customers. Leesha also answered all of my questions by phone/text in evenings and on a Sunday which was great from a responsiveness standpoint.
  
  The only drawback
  The only area of improvement would be the level of comfort you get from the estimate. It was a good experience and Leesha was very open and provided recommendations on how to do some of the work I was undertaking myself. However we excluded certain activities like trim work and baseboards as we will be replacing in the future and it was not clear how/where/if this saved us any money. When we considered additional work, you could see the additional cost but nothing when we "excluded" work. I would have certainly had trim touched up if it was already included in the price. I would change the quote format to make this clear and transparent. Also we had to remove wallpaper and did extensive work to make sure we didn't ruin the walls, and did a lot of patching and touchups in preparation for the job for nail holes etc.. This was done because it was an old house and there were lots of comments during the estimate about potential backcharges which was concerning because of the undefined potential cost. Reducing the stress from the uncertainty would really make it a full 5 star experience, maybe having some sample pictures to show clients what wow1day will touch up and what qualifies as a backcharge would be helpful (in addition to talking about how the back charges are costed). In essence a clear price sheet for your services would add in transparency so that clients can understand the value they are receiving.
