Soccer programs for women of all ages from all over the Lower Mainland. From those wanting a fitness alternative to those wanting to learn the game to join community programs or volunteer to take on coaching & manager roles for their kids programs.

Description

We have been running programs for over 10 years at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver. Programs run every 9-12 weeks on Monday nights from 8-9:30pm. Some of the participants have never kicked a soccer ball and others have some playing experience, typically in high school. Most women are looking to do something different. I've met a lot of women who want to get involved volunteering for their kids teams but don't have the confidence to take on volunteer roles because they were never exposed to the game when they were younger. This is a great program for soccer moms and women of all ages who will find this a great way to learn the game, get some fitness and meet other women.
