When my father passed away and I needed a funeral home I used Willow Creek Funeral Home without knowing that I was making one of the best choices ever! Words can hardly express the warmth, care and comfort I felt from my first meeting with Chad through to the end of the memorial service and reception. Chad is professional and yet does his job with so much warmth and care that I felt totally cared for every step of the way. I expressed a desire to have a ‘memory table’ and Chad took it from thereall I did was give him items and he arranged it all. My 86-year-old aunt said “Chad is a jewel; I’ve been to a lot of services in my years, but I’ve never seen anyone take better care of people or do a nicer job of the arrangements”. The minister conducting the service was impressed enough to recommend Chad to others. What makes this more amazing is that the service was held in Calgary and Chad is based in Claresholm. If you want the most personal, personable experience in a difficult situation, Chad is the best choice!

I approached willow Creek funeral home and had Chad set me up for when I die he could ship my body back home, we went through details and he was really helpful he explained everything to me and I was amazed, as me being the Local Barber of the town I have heard a lot of good reviews about his services.

The loss and grief associated with losing our mother was compounded by the unprofessional experience we had with Willow Creek Funeral Home. From our meeting to finalize the wording of our mom’s obituary - to the morning of her Celebration of Life, our family encountered obstacles characterized by lack of attention to details, inconsistent response to email requests, errors in printed documents, and the inability to support multi media presentations. Overall, the staff and management of Willow Creek Funeral Home made this significant life event more difficult and created feelings of stress and anxiety for us.
Of greatest concern, was the manner in which owner – operator Chad Zentner represented his company in a manner that was void of compassion, dignity and respect.response / report this review
