This a good area for young families, it's still got construction of town homes & condos going on but that will just add to the neighborhood.

It is a growing little shopping area for the neighborhood (new buildings are on the way). We look forward to having more interesting stores and restaurants in near future.

Cute shopping mall. It's got everything you would really need - decently sized grocery store, large pharmacy, liquor store, coffee shop, fast food, Sushi restaurant, bank, hair studio (Great Clips), and there's more coming. There is an expansion planned for it, but not likely anytime soon.
Keep in mind, the cell phone service is pretty poor, but Mattu's has Wi-Fi and great coffee.response / report this review -

nice place to have nearby, a good selection of stores (bank, coffee shop, DQ, supermarket, shoppers) and growing, can't wait to stores to have that I can walk to.
