  I sent an online order for a bouquet of Get Well flowers to be delivered to a loved one in the hospital in Calgary. Not only did they receive a sloppily arranged and mismatched bouquet that looked absolutely nothing like one I selected, but they made TWO spelling mistakes on the card. When I contacted the company via email to tell them about my experience, I did not receive a response. Do not recommend.

  Wounderful little store. The staff were really friendly, helpful and willing to make a beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday that she adored. I will definitely be going back.

  If you want nice flowers and good service, DO NOT USE THEM. I am very unhappy with their service. I ordered a bouquet of flowers online to be sent to a friend of mine who had a recent death in the family, and the flowers that were shown online looked NOTHING like the flowers that were delivered. They looked like cheap flowers that I could buy at Walmart for $20, definitely not worth the $70 that was spent. I tried reaching out to the company to discuss this and received NO response back. I sent e-mails and also called with no answer. I am very disappointed with the service here. Again, do not use this company if you want nice bouquets.

  Velda's Grower Direct is by far the best floral service provider in the city of Calgary, the service of the staff is always friendly & exceptionally knowledgeable. Velda the owner of the shop is definitely one of the most committed business owners I have ever met & her drive to provide the best customer service in Calgary certainly separates Velda's Grower Direct from the crowd.
