Wonderful customer service! No pressure at all, just a really lovely experience. We didn't feel rushed, all our questions were answered, and we are VERY happy with our new (to us!) car. We will definitely be buying from West Star again, and recommending it to everyone we know!

Awsum Experience. Bought vehicle from them which was much cheaper as compared to other dealers. It's almost 6 months I have been using that vehicle with no problems at all.. Thanks a lot Weststar Motors

We are very pleased to have done business with this company! They have helped our family on numerous occasions. Most recently they have helped our youngest son get a beautiful new truck for him and his family. West Star Motors has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I was very happy with the whole process of purchasing my new car. From the time I enter their lot to the time I left it, I was guided with an expertise and "no-push" waling approach. Not only I got the car I wanted but also got service bonus, free oil change etc. I would highly recommend West Star Motors to any one who wants by a good car for a reasonable price.

I wish to share my experience at West Star Motors!
The dealership has a clean and friendly atmosphere. Their vehicles were detailed and ready within 2 minutes at the front for me to test drive!
The staff are quick to answer questions and they can help you choose what might work for you. If you need to figure out some financing, they know how to make the experience stress-free for the buyer.
I noticed that West Star Motors particularly care towards people who are building credit or having financial issues. The staff are genuinely sympathetic and I could see they actually want to help their customers. It is difficult for anyone starting out (or starting over!) to find a balance between affordability and reliability. But the manager is very flexible with tailoring your needs, so if you are a future customer. don't worry!
I did not find the exact vehicle I wanted for my limited budget amount, but West Star Motors has a great selection that changes often.
I would recommend anyone to this dealership for their next vehicle purchase :)response / report this review -

I was very surprised to see a negative response for West Star Motors.
I bought a vehicle from them and they really helped me! I didn't have good credit, but still they made it possible. Not only were they friendly, but they gave me a good product and it was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. They stand behind their customer service and that means a lot to me! I did my research before buying and noticed that they are A+ on the BBB. I would recommend this dealership to all seeking a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience buying our SUV here. The owners were both great, and even the gal in the detail shop was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The owner was very good on getting us what we wanted for the right price. We would recommend shopping here.

Drove my new (used) car off the lot today! I was more than pleased with the whole experience. The car was clean and in excellent condition; any questions I had were answered fully and clearly, using terminology that I actually understood. Getting financed was not a problem either and to top it off, I got a great rate! Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. Needless to say, I will be spreading the word to anyone looking to buy a used car. Keep it up, West Star Motors and thank you, thank you, thank you!
