My sister had welldone out in the middle of the night to repair a water leak on her hot water tank. She was told it was $420 just to show up to the door. She was worried about water, and agreed to have them out. She was over charged a half hour ( $105, which was refunded after I called in to question the charges ). She was also charged a $51 truck charge. This should have been mentioned when she was told $420. I don’t imagine many of these calls are done on foot. A company has a right to charge what they feel is fit but this 1 hour overtime service call that was initial billed $714 seems criminal.

Had a water tap installed fall of 2020 and when it started leaking I was told I would most likely have to pay to have it fixed.

Everything fixed to my satisfaction and Welldone were very professional.
They made sure I was happy with their services.

They are simply the best in Western Canada. Professional friendly, knowledgeable, etc, etc. From the the first phone call to the final follow up you will be amazed and impressed. You will wonder why all service companies can not be like them. All our families have trusted them for over 30 years. You really need to experience Welldone.

I highly recommend this company for anyone having furnace issues. Jordan is very professional and respectful. Geat great service! The heater stopped working last night so being very cold and having two toddlers, he went above and beyond and made sure to have the furnace back up running again. I don’t have much knowledge about furnace but Jordan was able to explain to me the problem in a manner that I would understand. Very reasonable price as well. Well done indeed!!
