  WM - does not make sure that they make sure that when a pickup is scheduled that they show up and remove the Bin and return it.

  We dump our waste here from all our construction projects. Pretty reliable. Love how you can see the weight in and the weight out.

  Terrrrrrible company.. STAY AWAY.. Service fees are a scam and our monthly bills doubled in the 3 years we were with them.. Drivers are probably requested to take pics of any bins that are overflowing Expect an $80 charge if you can’t close the lid “Account managers” are a joke.. No knowledge in billing and providing any resolution to your inquiry.. I asked for a supervisor/manager who they report to and they’re supposedly “in and out of the office” No email and contact #.. An absolute horror of a company to deal with.. Make sure to cancel your services MIN 3 months before your contract ends or you’ll be tied to another 3 year contract Absolute BS
  
  Glad you responded! But really pointless to even bother Account Managers are a joke and very clueless.. Your reply is more to pretend that customer service exists within the company.. Nice try!

  Most horrible company to deal with. They will charge for everything small and big and extra. (for example if driver is not able to pick the bin for any reason, it's a full charge pickup ) .The costs increase 25% after one year without any justification. The extra charges are burried in "additional charges are payable" on the contract so they keep charging as they wish. Drivers do not wait even a minute to have access.
  
  I was able to cancel my services after my contract finished but I was even charged to have the bin removed ($150 fee) when there was no charge to bring in the bin when the service started. Their fuel surcharge calculations keep changing as they feel.
  
  The customer service is horrible. The account representative keeps changing quite often and they blame everything on the "additional charges" are ok as per contract.
  
  I will recommend stay away from this company if you want to save money and avoid dealing with non existant customer service. Thankfully I was able to get rid of my services with them. Could not be SO SO SO relieved
