I live in Chemmie and they will not pick up the garbage, maybe every third week or less, I had called 311 three times to complain and it doesnt work. i pay 4000.00 a year in taxes and my services arent met here. Im very dissapointed with the garbage service!!!

Needed 3 40yd dumpsters for 40+ days. Was all set to use this company but their website makes it impossible to get in touch with them via email. I needed the bins dropped in specific locations and had a PDF of my site plan showing where they needed to be dropped. Spent 40 minutes trying to find an email address. They try and make you jump through hoops on their website (Virtual assistant - useless, FAQ - Not helpful). WHY DO YOU MAKE IT SO HARD FOR ME TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY???

Wish i could rate lower. Garbage hasn't been picked up all month of December. First week of January still nothing. Horrible, horrible service

It would be nice when they come and pick up our recycling and if something falls out of the bin or the truck that they will pick it up instead of littering!!!!!!
